Our goal is to help artists share their gifts with the world. We are searching for a passionate Visual Content Designer who shares our enthusiasm for music and creativity!

About You

  • Experienced creative with a diverse skill set, including experience in creating all static and motion graphic assets for an artist’s release.
  • Passionate about music and culture, driven to create elevated work, and not just be part of the conversation but leading it.
  • Committed to creating unique and impactful fan experiences, with a focus on exceeding fan expectations and enhancing their connection to the artists.
  • Creative problem solver who understands client needs and delivers innovative solutions.
  • Resourceful, innovative, responsible, and can stick to hard deadlines.
  • Proactive work ethic and self-starter.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have a passion for music and entertainment.
  • Understand that this isn’t just a 9-5 position.

Education & Knowledge Desired

  • Music design experience with a strong portfolio of both static and motion graphic work.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software.
  • A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools.

Your Role

  • Creating and editing short-form video, animated artwork and visualizers, social banners, GIPHY stickers, merchandise design, and tour admats/posters that deliver on client expectations.
  • Keep assets and final projects organized according to specific naming conventions and protocols.
  • Use the newest software and technology to create unique and innovative content.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and able to set priorities while working with various marketing teams.
  • Ability to receive and execute creative direction and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have a passion for music and entertainment.

The ideal candidate will join us full-time (40 hours a week) and is based in the United States. Pay is based on experience and location.
