There are a lot of barriers to breaking into the music business. Those who dream of an entry-level opportunity may be up against geographic obstacles; internships or starter-job positions that don’t align with their age group or carry financial limitations for taking on an internship. Whether you’re a college student seeking your first-ever apprenticeship, or you’re a seasoned veteran in your field seeking a career change, the Crowd Surf Apprenticeship Program welcomes music-lovers of all walks-of-life to apply.
We welcome apprentices to join our teams in Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville and one remote position.
Our Apprenticeship Program will take you behind the scenes where you will learn about marketing strategy, digital initiatives and content creation surrounding some of your favorite artists as well as an understanding of the music industry in a real-time setting. A day in the life of an apprentice at Crowd Surf can include submitting creative ideas for an album release, creating and editing video assets, analyzing data and metrics or even being on site at a music video shoot. No matter how big or small the task is, your part matters. If you’re looking to build a new skill set or continue on your journey into the music industry we may be the right fit for you!
Music-lovers 18-years and older are welcome and encouraged to apply.
